That will be in the future. I just want to start with generating content for the blog and introduce additional features gradually. Listing is surely one of the ways to monetize real estate blogs. However, I did use mytheshop theme for the blog which is great in terms of coding, customization, and speed. Thanks for responding.

In reply to Apollos. I don't know if your blog will have any special functionality (like listings) but for a real estate blog I'd go with the Schema theme from MTS. I just like the default layout for something like this.

Bravo! I couldn’t agree more with you. I have read several blog post of mythemeshop in comparison with studio press themes and you guys have all said the same thing, but the difference is your elaboration and using it yourself. Maybe you could be of little assistance here. I registered my domain name two days ago and installed my wordpress site yesterday. Its a real estate blog and i am still contemplating on the theme to use. I would really appreciate if you can give me a suggestion from mythemeshop.

Actually, I became an affiliate because I love their themes not the other way around. I would recommend and still use themes from MyThemeShop even if they took away the affiliate program.

As for your other concerns, from my experience, their themes load fast and they are updated very frequently (so if they do have bugs they’re always working on them to make sure customers can get the most out of their themes with a bug-free experience.) I know a lot of other premium themes that aren’t updated so frequently including one I used where the parent theme had a bug that wasn’t addressed for years.

No the theme I'm using is a Genesis theme called Prose from StudioPress. I was going to change it over to a MyThemeShop theme but I think I've become too attached to it. Besides, there are features from this theme that I've used to format some of the content that they will become broken if I switched but it's not so much that. I know exactly what to look for and update if I were to change the theme to something else.

The themes aren't drag and drop. Certain elements are drag and drop but the theme on a whole isn't. I think WYSIWYG is overkill for blog themes. They're more for developers and designers in my opinion and for if you need a certain layout that's not readily available through most themes - like adding columns in your content or maps on pages or designing a home page. Useful if you want to make a theme more unique and different from what it looked like out the box. But that's just my opinion I guess.

Hmm. Is this site a MyThemeShop Theme? It looks clean. I’m impressed with the one click child theme feature because on the theme I am currently using I’m scared to touch it because of the multi steps.
Does myThemeshop have drag and drop on the working page? WYSIWYG? What You See Is What You Get. I think its time that was available on all themes. Anything else is so 2016!

You have gotten me sold on My Theme Shop. It sounds like the perfect place to find me a new WordPress theme. I like the one I have, but it doesn’t really fit my niche. Actually, I haven’t found any that fit for me yet. So I am going to look at these, and hopefully come up with something new that works well with my website.
